This is the Forum Mall. We went there to talk to the management company about offering a proposal to clean it, but the tender is closed. We might be able to bid on another one that is opening soon. Note the guy running the floor machine at high noon on a Hindu Holiday when the Mall is packed. You may be wondering why I am fooling around at the mall on a Wednesday, well today and tomorrow are holidays and most offices are closed.
