Our First Janitor Training "Batch"

On April 2nd, we performed the ribbon cutting ceremony for our training facility in Bangalore. We will have up to 40 boys living and training there each month to become Janitors. They will spend 30 days learning hands on cleaning, a little about customer relations, some about personal hygene, yoga, etc. They will then be placed in facilities as janitors. Prakash and I spent most of the day there, and I was very impressed with this first "batch" which will only be about 16 to start with. One picture is of the blessing of the facility, and in the other I'm cutting the ribbon with my eyes closed for some reason.
