This was one of the tastiest meals we had. Nickie helped make the pork dumplings, and they had fried potatoes. The kitchen was pretty much out doors.

What an experience
Sorta like Belize. Their kitchens are outside because it is so hot there that they can't have them in the same house they sleep in. We ate in one house but they cooked in another one.
