Here is the house that Josh and i are gonna rehab. and rent to College Students. It is currently a one bedroom and one bath, but will become a three bedroom one and one half bath. these are the shots of the outside. Garage, back of house and front of house.

what exactly are you gonna do (as far as the outside?)
Siding and paint, and new windows throughout. Tree triming and general cleanup.
